Terms & Conditions & Deposit Policy
Please read carefully before your appointment.
Thank you for choosing to book with us – your support is sincerely appreciated. We are committed to providing the highest level of service and a personalised experience tailored to your needs. Please take a moment to review the following important information regarding your appointments with either Hayley @fsobx or Gareth @nomoretattz.
Studio Location
Fifty Shades of Beauty
16-18 South Street, Chesterfield, S40 1QX
The studio is located above John Nicholas Hair Salon and directly opposite The Spread Eagle B&B. The entrance is on Beetwell Street, just around the corner from the main salon entrance.
Travel Information
Parking:
- Vicar Lane Multi-Storey Car Park is located adjacent to the studio (postcode: S40 1QX).
- Free roadside parking is available across from the studio after 6:00 PM.
- Please note: Vicar Lane Car Park typically closes around 7:00 PM on week days.
Public Transport:
- The studio is approximately a 10-minute walk from Chesterfield Train Station. Follow the route over the bridge, through the churchyard, and town centre.
Nearest Airport: East Midlands Airport (EMA)

Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by the following policies:
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
- Punctuality: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients.
- Health & Safety: Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, disorders or allergies prior to your appointment. Ensure you are a suitable candidate for your chosen treatment by speaking or booking a consultation with Hayley or Gareth prior to your treatment.
Payments & Deposits
- Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted methods: Bank Transfer.
- Cards and cheques are not accepted.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit confirms your commitment and protects against last-minute cancellations.
- Deposits are non-refundable even in the event of an allergic reaction to a patch test, though we will offer a scratch test where necessary – mainly for semi-permanent makeup treatments!
Bank Transfer Details
You will receive more details about how to pay a deposit when you book an appointment.
Please include your full name as the payment reference.
Message us immediately once the deposit has been sent. If we do not receive your deposit or confirmation within 24 hours, your appointment may be cancelled and released to another client.
Client Forms
You will receive a confirmation text reminder with a link to complete your pre-appointment forms 48 hours prior to your booking. These include important questions regarding your medical history, allergies, and preferences. Completing these in advance ensures we can tailor your service effectively and keep your appointment running smoothly.
Touch-Up & Rescheduling Fees
For semi-permanent makeup clients:
If you cancel or reschedule your complimentary touch-up session within 48 hours of the appointment or on the day, a £75 rebooking fee will apply.
Contact Information Updates
If you have changed your phone number, email address, or social media accounts, please inform us as soon as possible. This ensures we can contact you if any changes need to be made to your booking, particularly for appointments scheduled more than six months in advance or if we need to reschedule in an emergency.
Child-Free Environment
To maintain a safe and serene environment, the studio operates as a child-free space. Whilst we love children, the presence of tools, machines, needles and chemicals may pose safety risks. This policy ensures all clients can enjoy a peaceful and focused treatment experience.
Photography & Appointment Preparation
Many clients enjoy having their before and after results captured for social media. While participation is optional, wearing black, white, or neutral-coloured clothing enhances the photo quality and aligns with our branding.
✅ Please wear your hair down for brow treatments to help with positioning.
✅ Grow your brows as much as possible prior to your brow appointments for the best results.
✅ For lash lift treatments, please arrive with no eye makeup on.
