TERMS & CONDITIONS
Unfortunately, due to several last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which affect my business, I have decided to highlight and set up some terms and conditions: Choose your booking time wisely. Please make sure the booking time you choose won't impact your busy timetable. I don't have much flexibility to rearrange your appointment. I will ask you for a deposit (price depending on what treatment you have booked). Your deposit is required via bank transfer + on the day you book.
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give me at least 48hrs notice (must be 48 hours before the time of your appointment). I will try my best to change your booking time, but due to being fully booked, if you need to rearrange at the last minute, there may be a long wait. I accept cancellations given personally in my studio or via text message on 07701308304.
If you fail to attend or give 48hrs notice, I will still try my best to re-book your appointment, but please remember I am usually fully-booked, and I reserve the right to retain in full your deposit to recover my costs. Anyone who cancels last-minute, more than three times will not be re-booked. Anyone who "no shows" or becomes a "ghost client" (meaning - you don't answer my messages or calls + did not turn up to your appointment, and ignores) without messaging will never be re-booked, and your deposit will be forfeited. Retain full deposit; why so harsh?
When you make a booking for a time, you're committing. Likewise, I'm also committing to be ready. I make sure my studio is ready for you and prepare resources and consumables. I also reject other customers from your reserved time slot. I don't enjoy retaining fees due to no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Without a doubt, I would prefer to give my clients the full value of their booked treatments and deliver a result! Look out for confirmation, it is courtesy only, but I will try my best to message you a reminder of your booking time 24-48 hours via email. However, please attend your appointment or contact me to double-check if you do not receive one. I advise you to make a note/reminder of when your appointment is to avoid forgetting. I promise to provide you with a high standard of service & to work hard for your 100% satisfaction.
A NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required when you book to secure each appointment. Please message me when this has been paid so I can guarantee your appointment. I will send my bank account details via message when we have confirmed dates. If the deposit has not been paid within 24 hours, your booking will automatically be canceled.
Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment, I have to reschedule you, and this could be 6-8 months later as I am fully booked. Please arrive in good time.
Payment is required after your treatment and before you leave. Bank transfer only, please.

I'm directly above the "John Nicholas Hair Salon and opposite The Spread Eagle B&B. However, my entrance is on Beetwell Street. There is Vicar Lane Car Park (multi-story) entrance right next to the studio and roadside parking just across from my studio. (Please note Vicar Lane (multi-story car park closes around 6 pm most nights) Across the street parking is free from 6 pm if you can get a space!
Unfortunately, the rules I have put in place are quite strict, but please follow them to keep yourself and others safe during your time at FSOB.
If you are booked in with me, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time, wash your hands in the bathroom at the top of the stairs on your left and take a seat in my private waiting room. Please don't be late, I have an extremely busy schedule and I will have to rearrange you if so. Please don't bring guests or children/babies with you. Bring a blanket if you have a long appointment and if you get chilly easily! Please fill out all forms before you come in, you will most likely receive a form for your actual treatment, but please out the covid-health agreement before you come in. My software will usually send this out to you via text 1 to 2 days before your appointment. If you feel unwell in any way, please contact me ASAP to rearrange your appointment.
